You can begin again to tend to the parts of yourself that have been neglected since you became a mom. To nurture other parts of your life and identity, so that your life becomes an expression of your full, beautiful self.

AND do so in the context of your dedication to your family. Because when you reclaim motherhood as a sacred invitation and an ongoing rite of passage, then it’s possible to connect to it as the messy, transformative path it has the potential to be–not the way the prevailing culture says it should look, but what is resonant and true for you. The path of mothering ushers in a huge identity shift. You continue to be deeply rearranged and rewired, in body, mind, heart and soul. This ongoing shift needs to be honored and supported, so that you can embrace yourself wholeheartedly through all the stages of motherhood. 

In our work together, you will:

  • Nourish and renew yourself from a state of exhaustion after years of intensive mothering and overfunctioning.  
  • Cultivate a courageous friendliness to wherever you find yourself and make space to listen and honor your heart’s whispers and longings.
  • Receive tools and support to meet the inevitable doubts, fears and practical dilemmas that arise as you move away from playing small
  • Learn and practice new ways of taking action toward your callings and embodying your unfolding vision for your life.
  • Free yourself from the cultural conditioning of hyperindividualism, and perfectionism so you cultivate a life of mutual support, resilience, and sustainability.

  • First we will meet for a free 30-minute discovery call to see if it’s a good fit
  • If we decide to work together I will send you a welcome package with reflection questions that will become the foundation of our first sessions
  • I meet with most clients on a biweekly rhythm, though some clients prefer meeting weekly
  • Depending on your goals for our work together some clients work with me for a few months and some chose ongoing support over a few years.
  • Each session is 60 minutes and $120 per session
